Scotia Wools Ltd was founded by Joseph (Joe) Dixon and his wife Jane. They originally sold rug wool from their kitchen and business thrived, first in partnership as the "Border Wool Company" and later as "Scotia Wools Co." "Scotia" referred to Scottish wool, not to Nova Scotia. This is an incomplete catalogue from the 1930s. Unfortunately the front and back covers are missing.
