For a while, Forsell offered rya rug kits in the UK. Rya is a Scandinavian method using longer strands of wool, more widely spaced on the special canvas, to create a shaggy abstract design. These could be used as floor rugs, cushion covers, wall-hangings and also bed covers in the same way as sheepskin rugs.
